HSBC Graduate Bermuda's Development Programme (GDP) is a two-year programme which provides accelerated training and practical business experience. The Programme develops core skills within the following areas: leadership, project management, sales and networking, and product knowledge. GDP prepares the Graduate Trainee for a progressive career in the financial services industry.
