The HSBC Pro Soccer Clinic, managed by Bascome’s Pro Soccer School, has seen more than 4500 participants over the past 21 years. Open to male and female players ages 4 -10 years (Kiddy Kickers and Basic Group) and 10 - 16years (Bridge to Success programme), the Clinic provides players with the opportunity to build on their soccer skills and be taught the importance of positive discipline and becoming team players both on and off the field.

In 2006 the Bank launched the Staff Community Action Day Volunteer Programme, providing all permanent, full time HSBC Bermuda staff with time off from work per calendar year to volunteer to assist with projects focused on education, environment and the general community. Since inception of the programme, Bank staff have volunteered nearly 7,000 hours of community service. Each year the Bank selects three projects for staff participation.
