Account Opening Documentation

When you open an account with us, we will ask you to prove your identity and confirm your address. It's just one of many security measures in place to make sure that the only person who can access your money is you. Ensuring that you are prepared for your Account Opening by bringing the following documentation to your appointment will help us to get your new account opened as quickly as possible.

Opening a Trust Account

Trust documents required:

  • Confirmation or Official letter from Law Firm
  • Certified copy of Trust Deed first and last page (showing protector and beneficiaries)
  • Certified copy of Trust Resolution
  • Letter advising specific persons are duly appointed as trustee(s) and wish to open a bank account, signing authority, legal and mailing address of trust
  • Certified copies of extracts from the relevant formation documents providing verification of the valid appointment and powers of a current third-party representative
  • Written disclosure of the true nature and purpose of the third-party relationships
