It's easy to set up your eStatements:
- Log on to Personal Internet Banking (Visit www.hsbc.bm).
- Under Statements choose eStatements in the left-hand menu navigation.
- Follow the instructions to activate your eStatements.

What are eStatements?
eStatements are electronic versions of your bank account statement that you receive online through Personal Internet Banking.
Will my eStatements look the same as my paper statements?
eStatements look exactly the same as your paper statements and contain the same content.
Can I print my eStatements?
Yes, you can choose to print your statement as many times as you like or not at all.
Can I save my eStatements?
eStatements can be downloaded and saved on any computer with internet access.
Are eStatements secure?
eStatements provide increased privacy. They are stored online in a secure environment and are not sent through a mail or email service.
Once I sign up for eStatements, how soon will I start receiving them?
Your first eStatement will be sent to you within two months of selecting the eStatement option.
Can I get eStatements for my bank account and my credit cards?
Yes, if you sign up for eStatements, you will automatically receive them for all of your bank accounts including joint and sole accounts and credit card accounts. Please note that for all parties on a joint account to receive eStatements, each party must sign up for eStatements through their own Personal Internet Banking log on. Credit Card Statements will only be generated when there is activity on the account.
Can I request eStatements for only one of my accounts on Personal Internet Banking?
If you sign up for eStatements you will be automatically signed up for eStatements on all of your accounts, including joint and sole accounts and credit card accounts. If you do not wish to receive eStatements for a certain account, then you will not be able to receive any eStatements.
How long will my eStatements be available online?
We will retain up to 12 months or an aggregate total of 96 bank account and credit card statements on Personal Internet Banking (whichever comes first).
