Your Expenses:

  • If you carry credit cards with other banks, please include a copy of your latest credit card statement(s).

Your Income:

  • If your pay cheque is not automatically deposited to your HSBC account, provide either your most recent 3 months bank account statements or your most recent 3 months pay stubs
  • If you have rental income, provide a copy of the signed rental agreement(s) and account statements showing any rental income (if not direct deposited into your HSBC account)
  • If you’re self-employed or a business owner, one of the following:

• financial statements for the past 2 years; or
• a copy of all stamped Payroll Tax returns for the last 2 years

For Vehicle Purchases:

  • For a New Vehicle, please provide a copy of the quote from the dealership or seller
  • For a Used Vehicle, please provide the bill of sale agreed with the seller or evidence of the sale price (i.e. copy of online advertisement)

  • a copy of the student’s acceptance letter from the school; or
  • a copy of the invoice for tuition; or
  • a copy of the invoice for online or correspondence courses.

Your Income:

• A copy of your latest payroll tax or a letter from your accountant stating your income.
