Eligibility Criteria for Promotional Reward

HSBC Bermuda Premier customers, aged 18 years or over, residing in Bermuda who have an active relationship status and meet the proposition qualification criteria as of 31 August 2021 ('the Promotion Period').

Reward

All eligible HSBC Premier customers will be entered in a draw to receive one of (8) prizes. Each winner will have the choice of hotel/restaurant (according to their prize selection). All hotel and restaurant choices must be located in Bermuda.

1 x $1000 - Hotel

2 x $600 - Hotel

1 x $300 - Hotel

1 x $300 - Restaurant

1 x $250 - Restaurant

1 x $200 - Restaurant

1 x $150 - Restaurant 

General Terms & Conditions

The draw will take place within (5) business days from the end date of the qualification criteria (31 August 2021).

The draw winner will be notified by phone (where available).

The draw winner will be required to confirm acceptance of the prize within five (5) business days from notification. Acceptance must be made verbally and in writing (email preferred) to the HSBC Bank Bermuda Limited’s representative contact provided at initial notification.

A new draw will take place five (5) business days after the initial draw, if the initial draw winner cannot be contacted after three (3) attempts.

The prize is non-transferrable and there are no cash alternatives.

Existing Wealth and Personal Banking customers (including those who upgraded to Premier) as at31 August 2021 ('the Promotion Period') are eligible for this promotion.

New customers on-boarded between 1 June 2021 - 31 August 2021 and qualify for Premier via fresh funds of at least BMD$200,000 (or foreign currency equivalent) in deposits or Investments or a mortgage of $1Mil or more are not eligible for this promotion.

New customers on-boarded between 1 June 2021 - 31 August 2021 and qualify for Premier via other qualifiers (Family, qualify in another country or region) are eligible for this promotion.

The reward will be issued within 30 days of the draw date.

HSBC Bank Bermuda Limited reserves the right to deduct the equivalent amount of the reward from the customer’s accounts in the event that they terminate his/her HSBC Premier relationship or cease to meet qualification within six months of the draw date.

In the event of a dispute arising out of this promotion, the decision of HBBM shall be final.

The customer's accounts must be in good standing and conducted in a proper and satisfactory manner as determined by HSBC in its sole discretion over the promotion period and the time of fulfillment in order to be eligible for the reward.

HSBC Bank Bermuda Limited staff, retirees and immediate family are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, immediate family members are defined as parents, siblings, spouses and/or children and any other family members living in the same residence.

This Promotion cannot be combined with any other special promotion.

HSBC Bank Bermuda Limited reserves the right to amend, discontinue or extend this Promotion at any time, without notice.

By accepting the reward, the recipient agrees to participate in HSBC promotional activity which could include but not limited to a celebratory photograph and their name being used in marketing, social media and/or public relations activity.
