Give us a call to access a range of automated banking services or speak to a customer service representative.

  • Check your balance and recent transactions

How to use phone banking

When you call telephone banking, you will be asked to enter your phone banking PIN or a One Time Password (OTP).

Please make sure we have your up-to-date mobile number on file and that you know your HSBC account number, as you may need these during verification. 

1. Call us

Call our contact centre on +1 441 299 5959, or +1 441 299 5252 if you're a Premier customer.

2. Enter your account number

Enter your 12-digit HSBC Bermuda account number. You'll find this on your debit card, bank statement or in online banking. Alternatively, you can enter your 10-digit phone banking number.

3. Verify yourself

  • Press 1 to enter your 6-digit phone banking PIN
  • Press 2 to send a security code to your mobile device - once received, enter the code

4. Choose what you want to do

  • Press 1 for express balance
  • Press 2 for bank account services
  • Press 3 for credit card services
  • Press 4 for all other enquiries
  • Press 0 to speak with a Customer Service Representative

Our telephone banking line is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm AST. Our Premier line is open 24/7.
